K+S Potash, Construction Camp Buried Utilities Phase 1, Legacy Mine, Bethune SK

The project was Phase 1 of the construction camp buried utilities contract at the K+S Legacy Site accommodation complex. The scope of the work included excavation, utility placement, hydrotest, and backfill and compaction of the site. This project expended 90,000 manhours with no lost time incidents.

Site Maintenance Services include road maintenance on site roadways and the RM heavy haul road such as road repair, grading, dust control/suppression, snow removal, traffic management, dewatering, etc. Site and facilities maintenance includes, but is not limited to, equipment fueling and servicing, hazardous spill cleanup and disposal, miscellaneous carpentry, refuse management and site cleanup, material offloads and rigging support, laydown management, snow removal and sanding, and jersey barrier supply and placement.

Rocanville Potash Mine

PAFHQ was contracted to PotashCorp at the Rocanville Potash Mine, the world’s largest producer of potash project delivery. Project scope included scaffolding and painting in mill area, transfer towers, and galleries. Scaffolding was erected as required for painting and inspection purposes. Painting scope included structural steel connections, structural touchups, handrail, stair tread, and safety zone delineation.
